Amanda finished 40th in the DII girls race on Saturday at the State XC Meet in Hebron, Ohio. Amanda recorded a time of 19:31. Thanks to all of the great support from our xc families and to all of her teammates who came down to cheer her on. A great way to end a great season for the Bay girls team!

2015 TIFFIN REGIONAL RESULTS

The Bay Girls Varsity XC team finished fifth in the Tiffin Regional on Saturday(Oct. 31); just missing a trip to State as a team by one place and 14 points. Final team score:

Leading the way for Bay was Amanda Cusimano who finished 15th overall in 19:17, her best time of the 2015 campaign. This qualified Amanda for the State Meet to compete as an individual next Saturday in Hebron. Olivia Bechtel was 29th in 19:58; also her best time of 2015. Sophomore Aubrey Crabb was 65th in 20:58 followed by Abby Christel(72) 21:14, Meredith Garrity(74) 21:14, Olivia Dodd(75) 21:14, and Christina Kinkelaar(100) 21:59. For Aubrey, Meredith, Olivia, and Christina these were all time personal best 5k cross country times.
The girls saved their best for last as this was definitely their best team effort for the 2015 season. Congratulations to Amanda and best wishes to her next week. Also to Coach Babson and the boys who qualified as a team at Tiffin, getting 3rd in the boys race.
