Dear Bay Girls XC families;

Results from Strongsville Invitational on Saturday(Sept. 24).

Bay 16th of 24 teams with 448 points. Winner was Olentangy Liberty with 121 points.

Impressive because 21 of the 24 teams were Division 1 plus 28 of our 43 girls who ran on Saturday ran their all time personal best for 5k cross country.

VARSITY: Amanda Cusimano 10th in 18:50. This was Amanda's all time personal best. She now ranks #2 all time in Bay XC history and only the third girl to break 19:00; along with Maddie Britton(18:13) and Abby Christel(18:59).

Meredith Garrity also ran her best, 81st in 20:50 followed by Aubrey Crabb(95th) 21:02, Olivia Dodd(120th) 21:34, Annie Lang(147th)22:06, Gabby Pirinelli(161st) 22:29, Abby Coe(167th) 22:29, Katherine Baeppler(173rd) 23:00, and Audrey Ray(189th) 24:13.

2016 TIFFIN CARNIVAL

Bay Girls Varsity XC team finished 13th out of 37 teams in the Tiffin division DII girls race Saturday(Sept. 10) at Hedges Boyer Park in Tiffin.
Amanda Cusimano led the Rockets with her best race of the season finishing fourth in 19:18. Aubrey Crabb was Bay's number 2 runner at 21:48(77th) followed by Meredith Garrity(81) 21:59, Olivia Dodd(123) 22:47, Abby Coe(124) 22:49, Audrey Goebel(146) 23:20, and Audrey Ray(163) 23:48.
In the OPEN division the Bay girls came away with the team title with 36 points. Gabby Prinelli(13th) and Katherine Baeppler(14th) led the Rockets each posting a time of 23:20.
