2015 DISTRICT TEAM -- ON TO TIFFIN REGIONAL!

The Bay girls finished third at the Northeast District at LCCC on Saturday(October 24) with 103 points to advance to the Tiffin Regional next Saturday. Final team scores:

Amanda Cusimano led the Rockets with her 4th place finish in 19:52, her all time best performance on the LCCC course. Olivia Bechtel was 9th in 20:42, followed by Abby Christel(26) 21:57, Meredith Garrity(31) 22:17, Aubrey Crabb(33) 22:19, Olivia Dodd(39) 22:33, and Christina Kinkelaar(44) 23:00.
In the Open event, Ellie Frey led Bay with her all-time personal best 5k time of 23:41. Abby Coe was right behind in 23:56 followed by Katherine Baeppler(24:02), Kara Gillespie(25:03), Delaney Bly (26:33), and Abbey Strauss(29:59).

RUNNERS UP IN THE GREAT LAKES CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP
The Bay girls XC team finished in second place in the Great Lakes Conference Championship Saturday(October 17) at James Day Nike Park in Parma. Final team scores:

Amanda Cusimano led the Rockets with a second place finish in 19:39. Olivia Bechtel finished in 6th with 20:15 followed by Aubrey Crabb(12) 21:21, Meredith Garrity(15) 21:36, Abby Christel(21) 22:12, Christina Kinkelaar(29) 22:51, and Olivia Dodd(30) 22:57 rounding out the varsity scorers.
