Please join us for a important but brief meeting tonight at the gazebo! We will be covering some basics and new information for this season! We will also be distributing important school forms and a waiver for spinning class.

Be sure to sign the Psycle Spinning waiver before our first spin at 7:30am on Thursday! Click HERE to go to the Psycle website and get signed up! If you would like to carpool please meet at the Cahoon Park Gazebo at 7:00am so we can drive to Psycle, get the bikes set up, and be ready to spin!
Spinning must haves: water bottle, towel, waiver!
