District CHAMPS & Tiffin Info

2012 DISTRICT CHAMPS! 

Congratulations District Champs!  We are so proud of what you accomplished at LCCC on Saturday!  You ran smart and tough which = success! Be sure to check out your times on the season results grid and compare them to your times at Earlybird.  Quite an improvement! Nice way to head into Regionals at Tiffin this weekend!

Special congratulations to Maddie Britton for running to her first District Championship as an individual!  Also, congratulations to Abby Christel on her 3rd place finish and being named the Plain Dealer Player of the Week! You have all worked so hard and we can't wait to see you run fast at Regionals! 

Thank you to everyone who came out to cheer on our lady rockets to a victory!

Bus Load Time: 11:15am
Race Time: 3:00pm

Bus Return Time:  approx. 6:30pm

Top 4 teams & Top 16 Individuals Qualify for the State Meet.

All team members are welcome to ride the bus with the ladies that are running!  Hope to see you Saturday!

REMINDERS
- Be consistent with what you have been eating and drinking all season before races!  This is not a time to try a new pre-race energy bar or ice cream flavor ; )
- Water, water, water!
- Spikes should be clean and ready to go!  No last minute de-mudding!  You want to feel relaxed before heading to the start!
- Potluck is at the Passalacqua's!  See you all there!
