2015 XC MOHICAN TRIP INFO!

Our annual Bay Girls XC Mohican Trip will be August 2-3-4 this year. This camping trip has been a Bay tradition for over 30 years! The girls have a blast and develop a good team bond. We even do some running while we're there. Parents: Please volunteer to help with food or drive to make this year's trip a success!!! If you can help with either please contact Jennifer Cusimano at jaycus@aol.com.

DRIVERS: 1 1/2 hours each way. Please indicate number of seats.
SUNDAY AUGUST 2  Leave Bay for Mohican at aprox. 11:30am. Meet at the Cahoon parking lot by the soccer shed. 10 parent drivers needed.

TUESDAY AUGUST 4  Return trip drivers plan to arrive at Mohican Wilderness at 10:00am. Everyone packed before anyone leaves. 10 parent drivers needed.

Bring food items to Sunday drop off at Cahoon Park on August 2 or drop off Saturday, August 1st at 177 Plymouth Drive.

Precooked Penne Pasta(please purchase and cook 2 pounds each). Please store pasta into two 1 gallon size Ziplocs and put a little oil in it to keep it from sticking. 6 needed.

Pasta Salad(2 lbs. each. Please store in two 1 gallon Ziplocs) 4 needed.

Breakfast muffins( 2 doz. blueberry, cinnamon, or chocolate chip. NO NUTS PLEASE) 3 needed.

Desert( 2 dozen cookies or brownies each) 6 needed.

Tents. Girls will organize tents. In the past 8 tents have been needed.

FORMS. TURN THEM INTO COACH SNYDER

40.00 check to "Bay Rocket Athletic Boosters" "Girls XC" in the memo. This is to cover Mohican camping costs, food, and canoe rental.
2015 Mohican permission form - notorized.
Copy of insurance card.
Emergency medical form.
Insurance release form.
Concussion form signed by parent and student (page 9 of physical form)
Current sports physical(all 6 pages, good thru mid November 2015.
