Annual workout with the Middle School Cross Country Team!


This Saturday we host the WSC Championships!  There are two big perks to hosting the big championship meet....we are on our home turf AND you get to sleep in (a little!).  Please be sure to go to stay hydrated all day Friday and go to bed early before the big race.  This is the last race for many so lets make it a memorable one!  Remember to just "relax and go!"

Meeting time - 9:15 @ gazebo
Boys race - 10:00am
Girls race - 10:45am

AWARDS
The top 7 placers and First Team All-WSC runners will receive medals and a West Shore Conference Championship t-shirt, compliments of the Bay High School Athletic Department and the Bay Cross Country Parents.
T-SHIRTS
West Shore Conference Cross Country Championship long sleeve t-shirts will be on sale for $15 and short sleeve t-shirts will be on sale for $10.

REMINDERS:
-Thursday: Westerly run and movie ; )
-Friday's practice is at the gazebo at 9:30am, we will be running the course
-As hosts we should be sure to help our parents clean up after the meet and give them a big "thank you" for everything they do!
