REMINDERS:
Sunday Runday - meet at the gazbo at 4:00pm. Coaches will not be there but we would be very happy if you could take the initiative to get together and head out on an easy 35-40 minute run. Think about your goals for the upcoming track season and next cross country season. Good things come to those who stay dedicated and focused year round ; )
