Thank you to all the parents that attended the Mohican & Forms Meeting. We are still missing a few forms so please be sure to get them all turned in ASAP! Final deadline for all forms is August 1st.
Just to review:
Physicals: The first day of mandatory practice is Monday August 6th. All athletes must have a current physical on file with the school in order to participate in practice. We still have several girls with expired or soon to expire physicals so please let us know if you have any questions regarding that requirement.
Emergency Medical: Very easy form to complete, please do so as it provides the school and coaches with vital information!
Mohican Permission Forms: Please sign, notarize, and attach a copy of your current insurance card. We know this is a pain but we really appreciate you all going to the trouble in order to protect everyone in the Mohican Wilderness!
We must have a current physical, emergency medical, and Mohican Permission form by August 1st in order for your daughter to participate in practice and attend the Mohican Campout.
The cost of the Mohican Campout is $40. Checks can be made out to Bay Rockets Association and be turned in at practice or to the Kerka's.
MOHICAN CHECKLIST:
-Forms (emergency medical, physical, permission - notarized with copy of insurance cards)
-$40
-Waterbottle (reusable)
-Sleeping bag & pillow
-Running clothes (its going to be hot!)
-Socks/Shoes
-Bathing suit
-Towel
-Flip flops
-Shower bag...bathroom is a mile away ; )
-Crocs (or something else for the canoe trip)
-Camp chair
-Suntan lotion/Sunblock
-Bug spray
-Flashlight
The captains/seniors may have some things to add to this list, but this is a good starting point! Get ready for great running and some fun too ; )
REMINDERS:
- SEND IN YOUR CLASSIC AT MASTICK REGISTRATION IMMEDIATELY! This is a very popular race and it usually fills up before the deadline!
- Watch & black sports bra required!
- Let us know if you have a tent you can bring to camp!
