Trophy Sleepover Winner: Maddie Voiers!

Congratulations on your 2nd place finish at the Fostoria Booster Invitational!  We had some tough competition, but you all came prepared and ready to run fast.  It was so nice to finally see the sunshine and of course to see 18 of you run to season PR's on that dry course ; )  Be sure to check out your results, splits, and the season results grid to compare your new PR's!

Big thank you to Mr. Mohney and Megan Mohney for driving all the way out to Fostoria to support the ladies!  It was so nice to see you and meant so much to the team!  Thanks!!!

Congratulations Maddie on your second place finish AND on breaking 20! We are so proud of you! You stepped up as a strong leader for our team and it was amazing seeing you come down to that finish line! We are so lucky to have you as a member of our varsity team this year and can’t wait to see what the post season holds for you! Also, thanks for always making us laugh- noisemaker and all! 

Wow Day 2, you really had a great race this weekend! Woohoo! With a season PR by 1:26, you have shown that when you put your mind to it, anything is possible! When you ran by us we could see that look of determination in your eyes- it was awesome! Can’t wait to see you race even faster at conference! 

WSC INFORMATION

7/7:30 - Wake up and have a sensible breakfast!
8:45am - Arrive at the gazebo
9:00am - Warm up beings
10:00am - Girls Race
10:45am - Boys Race
Awards will be following the two high school races.

Middle School girls run at 12:30pm and Middle School boys run at 1:00pm, please plan on staying to cheer on your future teammates!

REMINDERS:
Thursday - Westerly Run/Pump up Meeting/Long Green Line/Potluck/Varsity Volleyball Game (all at High School)
Friday - 8:30AM Practice, NO SCHOOL
It's going to be muddy on Saturday - please consider wearing longer spikes! (but still legal - no longer than one inch)
