1st Place in BOTH race!  Congratulations ladies!

Congratulations again on a wonderful performance in the worst conditions we've ever seen!  Please be sure to check baumspage for results of both the varsity and open races.

Thank you again to the Harter's who took care of the tent in the horrible conditions, we would have been lost without you!  Also, thank you to all the parents who braved the elements to support the team!  We really appreciated the help with clean-up after the race too, the girls were told to get on the bus as fast as possible so we really needed help picking up after them.  Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Special THANK YOU to Mrs. Passalaqcua and Mrs. Kerka for transforming our bus into the Hogwarts Express.  That was such a special treat for the girls, thank you for putting a ton of fun into what could of just been another messy meet!

Trophy Sleepover Winner:  Hanna Sterle
Congratulations to Hanna Sterle on a great race in the mud!  Hanna looked strong the entire race and played a huge role in our 1st place finish (and giant trophy!).  We are so proud of the work Hanna puts in every day, she is a great leader and sets a perfect example of how hard work really does pay off!  Keep it up Hanna, we can't wait to see what you can do on a dry course (hopefully we'll get one soon)!

REMINDERS:
- Potluck at the Piccirilli's on Thursday at 6:00pm
- Annual Spaghetti Dinner to support class of 2012 on Friday (10/7) 4:30-7:30pm, $6.00
- 64 oz. of water at least and lots of healthy meals throughout the day! You are training so hard, make sure your body has the fuel it needs!
- If you are going to be absent from practice, in order for your absence to be excused we MUST have a parent note/email BEFORE your absence.  Remember that an unexcused absence will result in not participating in the meet that week... we only have two regular season meets left so please be mindful of the policy (also posted to the right under "team info"!  See us with any and all questions.
